Jesus Understands my Tears

Verse 1:

In the silence of the night, when no one sees my pain,
I cry out in the darkness, but my voice feels lost again.
Yet in the stillness, I can hear, a whisper soft and true,
"My child, I see your sorrow, and I'm right here with you."

Chorus:
Jesus understands my tears, He holds me when I’m weak.
Every burden, every fear, He knows the words I cannot speak.
In His love, I find my rest, through the storm, He calms my soul.
Jesus understands my tears, and He makes my spirit whole.

Verse 2:
When the weight of life is heavy, and my heart is torn in two,
I wonder if He hears me, does He feel this aching too?
Then I see the cross before me, love poured out so deep and wide,
He has walked the road of sorrow, and He’s always by my side.

Bridge:
Oh, He wept for me in Gethsemane,
Took my pain to set me free.
Every tear I cry, He’s counted them all,
And in His arms, I’ll never fall.

Chorus:
Jesus understands my tears, He holds me when I’m weak.
Every burden, every fear, He knows the words I cannot speak.
In His love, I find my rest, through the storm, He calms my soul.
Jesus understands my tears, and He makes my spirit whole.

Outro:
So I'll trust Him through the valley, through the sorrow and the years,
For my Savior walks beside me, and He understands my tears.
